Donald Rumsfeld is out as Secretary of Defense. His legacy for failure and bloodshed will rival Mengele, Franco and “Baby Doc” for the killing and suffering they alone wrought upon the people of this earth.

In trying to cut our military down to make it “quicker and faster,” Rumsfeld put us all billions of dollars in the hole for a misbegotten war strategy. He oversaw tremendous loss of life and limb of our soldiers and Iraqi civilians. The blood is dripping from his hands.

    It is fascinating Rumsfeld chooses to identify with Churchill on the day he’s shown the door. It seems to prove how out of touch with the harsh reality of the world he is and that’s deadly dangerous for many people when you direct the guns and you set the bombing plans.

Even though the Republican Party let us down, to me they represent a far better future for my beliefs and therefore the country’s than the Democrat Party and liberalism does.
    I believe my side is worthy of victory, and I believe it’s much easier to reform things that are going wrong on my side from a position of strength.
