We are all quite familiar with Dubya’s memorable moments in office as he flipped us off on camera — but there is a new firestorm afoot under the former president’s thumb — and it all has to do with how he used his new best friend Bill Clinton as a human Handi Wipe. 


Here’s the video evidence from the BBC of Dubya wiping off on Bill:

I’d wager I’d never believe one president would use another as a public wiping off point — but the mean among us will quietly snipe that Bill Clinton’s entire presidency was ruined with a similar, yet stickier, sort of wiping off.
