There’s nothing worse than having bad breath and not realizing the source of that stank-mouth is you.  Here’s a simple test you can do right now to test your breath.  Lick the back of your hand.  Let the spit air dry.  Now, smell your hand.  If your dry spit has no odor, your breath is fine.  If, however, your dried spit smells a little funky, then you need to take fast action to get yourself into the realm of neutral breath — not “minty fresh” or flavored breath — just breath that smells like “nothing.”

Bad breath is caused by bacteria in your mouth that lives on your tongue and in your cheeks and along the gumline.  Stay away from sulfur sources like garlic and onions and dairy.  Those foods are the seeds of bad breath waiting to stake a claim in your mouth.

If you have a lot of dental work — you are going to have unfortunate breath even if you brush and floss three times a day — because bacteria so easily lives inside, around and on your crowns and bridges.  You have to be determinedly proactive in removing that bacteria threat and I discovered TheraBreath as a salve and solution to the foreign objects in my mouth playing host to bacteria that would then rot along the length and breadth of my tongue.

TheraBreath is a simple solution to a difficult problem.  You don’t use any water.  You follow the detailed instructions and brush and gargle with the TheraBreath products.  The hydrogen peroxide mixture works to ravage all that bad bacteria out of your mouth and, in three-seven days, your breath will be “neutrally fresh” without any pause for concern on your part.  Then, you just maintain every day as part of your daily routine, and you’re good to go.

I really love the “neutral breath” mantra of TheraBreath.  We are constantly barraged with advertising for breath mints and chewing gum and mouthwashes with lots of alcohol in them to “kill germs.”  We don’t need any masking agents.  We don’t need any booze down our gullet.  We just need the right toothpaste and mouthwash and we’re done.  The great thing about TheraBreath is that it is 100% natural.  You can swallow the toothpaste and you can swallow the mouthwash when you’re done gargling to help attack those dark spaces way in the back of your mouth.

Give TheraBreath a try.  You have nothing to lose but the bad bacteria in your mouth holding your neutral breath hostage.

    1. Right, Gordon! Dry mouth is also a major factor in creating bad breath. The TheraBreath stuff oxygenizes and also adds back tons of moisture to your mouth. Alcohol mouthwashes only make everything worse by completely drying out your mouth in the effort to leave you temporarily feeling “medicine-y” and “Minty-Fresh!”
