It’s a quick and dirty recipe with no finesse but it is still incredibly healthy and tasty. The thicker, the better, and that means beans, beans, beans!


2 big cans of crushed tomatoes
Lots of onion
Chopped Red and Green peppers
Can of garbanzo beans
Can of white beans
Can of red beans
Can of pinto beans
Package of frozen corn
Chili powder
Dump everything into a big pot and cook on low all day!

When you have leftover chili over the next couple of days or so, heat up a Vegan Boca Burger and a potato roll and dump some re-heated chili on it. You’ll then taste the best chili burger you’ve ever had in your life!
