  1. Ok, I’ll need your address because I’m sending someone to take you and your multiple personalities to the psychiatric ward.

  3. Well you know saving the world is a full time job, I never have much free time. Also this is such a busy time of year with all the shopping and the fact I really need to get my bunny suit dry cleaned.

  4. Frank!
I know world-saving takes a lot of your time. Perhaps you could copy and paste blog entries from here and read them in printed form while you’re out and about in the world?
Good luck on finding a good dry cleaner! I hear rabbit fur is impossible to get clean.

  6. I just don’t see how you could think someone as sweet as I am could be an animal. Just look at that Gravatar!

  7. That’s such a smart idea. I’m looking forward to you analyzing me and my movie in a future post. Could it be before the New Year?

  9. Carla — If you notice you were wearing antlers! That’s pretty animalistic, hmm?!

Frank — I have you in my Amazon cart! I’m just waiting to fill it up with a few more goodies and then you’re as good as seen!

  10. I too am anxiously awaiting your thoughts on the movie. Be careful though, trying to figure out what the movie is really about can mess you up a little…I’ve heard some end up with multiple personalities 😯

  11. suzanne — Lucy can vote if you hook up her satellite dish chair to a computer!
Robin — We’ve missed you! Thanks for the vote! Woo-hoo2!! Tell me nothing more about the movie or I might break into a million more pieces today!

  12. I’m all tangled up in wires trying to hook up Lucy’s satellite dish chair right now… please leave a message at the sound of the tone…

  13. If there is one rule I always live by is I do not spoil movies for people who haven’t seen it. You should see how upset I get when people do. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen Keyser Soze brought up in an article and who Keyser Soze was. That infuriates me. How can a person who writes for an entertainment magazine give away the ending of The Usual Suspects?? The first time I saw that movie and the feeling I got when it all became clear at the end of the movie was priceless. I would never do that to anyone, especially not for a movie I cherrish as I do Donnie Darko.
    Ok…getting off my soapbox now.
p.s. you are welcome for the vote.

  14. suzanne — Ha! Lucy is pawing at the keyboard to get started! She’s the best!
Robin — You make an excellent point. It must be hard, though, to write about such a great movie as “The Usual Suspects” but not be allowed to talk about the ending of the movie if it is your job to write about the movies. How long must movie reviewers remain quiet so as not to ruin the ending of a movie for those who have yet to see it? A week after release? A month? A year? A lifetime?

  15. That’s a good point again, Robin; a tough task, but a good point. I don’t know how I’d go about not revealing ending of “The Usual Suspects” if I had to engage in a discussion of the meaning of Keyser Soze in any sort of context.

  16. Of course you just can’t take my word for it can you? It’s not even 9am yet so I can’t express myself as well as I’d like so I’ll just say if the scriptwriter can go through the entire script without giving it away then the person writing the article certainly can. In my opinion, and maybe just my own, it’s too easy to just give the ending away and a real writer would know how to go around it. I’ll write up a post on this later, I’ll be on the computer a lot probably with MIL visiting for the rest of the week.

  18. Robin —
It’s difficult to have a thoughtful conversation if one side demands you obey by just taking their word for it. If you are unable or unwilling explain your theory or provide an example now, that’s fine, but don’t get testy about it! You brought up the argument, not me.

  19. I should have given a better response but I just don’t have it in me at the moment with work and the fact my latte hasn’t sunk in quite yet. I should have come back to respond when I actually had a real response.
