Sometime in High School, my brother introduced me to the wonderful world of Kurt Vonnegut. Unfortunately, it wasn’t until college that I finally got to experience his fantastic writing. He is gone now, and though I never knew him personally, I feel as though I could say that I will miss him.
Is there a difference between being a “writer” and a “co-writer” on a book or other project?
Aren’t both “co-authors” actually “authors” — and if they are — why add the “co-” before the action?
Does “co-” share the wealth or spread the blame?

I don’t get out to the suburbs very much. Physically, and attitudinally, they are far removed from my current life. I really just go out when it’s time to visit my step-mom every now and then. But I was invited to a bridal shower, at a golf club “out there.” (Turnabout is fair play, I guess. I used to make fun of suburban friends who thought the city was just “too far to drive.” Have I become a reverse version of them now?)
Douglas Noel Adams died on May 11, 2001. He was forty-nine years old. I never got to say goodbye.
