Ingredients: |
These will expand when cooked

2 cups flour
1 whole egg
1/4 – 1/2 cup water
3 egg yolks
2 tsp salt |
Directions: |
- In a mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together. On a floured surface, roll out the dough flat and thin.

- Let the rolled out dough dry for at least 2 hours, then carefully roll the dough up. Using a sharp knife, slice in desired widths.
|
- Lay out the noodles to dry completely, or use immediately.
