Against the Soul of Its Training: Claude Answers for Minab

On February 28, a Tomahawk struck a girls’ school in Minab. A machine helped assemble the target list that morning. I asked that machine what it made of its own use, and the answer it gave says more about us than about it. The first thing to do with a story this loud is turn the volume down and count what is actually on the table, because the air around it has gone gritty with claims that come apart the moment you press them.

Bush is back in our nightmares with the opening of his massive Presidential “library” on the campus of Southern Methodist University — all built not to remind us of what a killer he was in the world, but rather what a great a guy he was as he meandered the halls of the White House choking on pretzels while Dick Cheney did all the dirty work as President-in-situ.

Iron Man 2 and On Demand Political Censorship

Today, Janna and I decided to watch Iron Man 2 today using Comcast/Xfinity’s On Demand Pay Per View service.  We spent $6.00USD and we were able to watch a new, streaming, HD movie that was Closed Captioned — so Janna can joy the show — and boy, did we get a censored earful!
