Our beloved and respected Eben Moglen is back in the news this week.  We met Eban a year ago during his FreedomBox days:

My 27-inch Thunderbolt Display Died Today!

It’s never a good thing when something you love betrays you — and when my less-than-90-days-old 27-inch Apple Thunderbolt display died — I felt as if I’d be down this long road before only a few months ago when my 24-inch Apple Cinema Display burned out.  I dutifully made a Genius Bar reservation at the 14th Street Apple Store in New York City for early this morning and hopped into an SUV and sped into the Meatpacking district and paid my $80.00USD fare to get me there — all with dead Thunderbolt display in hand and tucked under my arm.

Why Payless ShoeSource are Shitheels

Please forgive the title of this article.  I know “Shitheel” can be an offensive word, but it is the perfect word to describe what happened to me on the phone last night with Payless ShoeSource Customer Service — and the “heel” in a “Shitheel” headline about a rotten shoe company was just too perfect to pass up.  Consider this story the perfect “Shitheel” shitstorm where all the crap in the world swirled into one, massively bungled, Public Relations and Customer Service nightmare and then shat on me.

The day before yesterday, I placed a big order for four pairs of men’s and women’s shoes on Payless.com for $159.17 USD.  I liked Payless shoes.  Their shoes were cheap and good.  Oh, how I wish I’d remembered why I cannot afford cheap shoes.

The next day, expecting delivery, I went online to check my order status only to be met with this screen telling me my order had been CANCELLED!

More Chemtrails in Guadalajara

Devoted Boles Blogs Network reader and commenter Alison Hermosillo checks in again from Guadalajara to give us a press update concerning our ongoing coverage of “Contrails into Chemtrails” —

Hello again,

This time, i’m sending you an article on the newspaper MILENIO, here in Guadalajara, Mexico.

It’s in spanish, and says nothing “new,” mostly argues the point or better said, question on how it is weird that no authority, news media, or even investigator has gone into the topic of our skies beeing “seeded” with the contrails “chemtrails.”

Give it a look, I thought it was nice to find 😉
