Not Vegan Yet? It's Only a Matter of Time

Being Vegan is a blessing and a curse.  It’s a blessing because Veganism can immediately change your health for the better just by changing what you eat.  Vegan is a curse because so many people misunderstand the lifestyle to be some sort or religious radical movement dedicated to upending the red meat tabernacle when it is not.  Veganism is only about making wise food and living choices that enhance and support life.  We don’t condemn.  We encourage.  We offer a better way.  There’s no good that can come from condemnation.

Hot Dogs are Killing You!

We know eating processed flesh is terrible for our bodies.  We are self-poisoning ourselves by our relentless, and purposeful — injection-by-swallowing — of impure foodstuffs like hot dogs and bacon and other processed “meat.”

A Walk a Day Keeps the Hippocampus in Play

Does More Education Make Lower Blood Pressure?

Sometimes, you read about a study and you have to think to yourself, “Who is the person who decided that it was really necessary to fund this study — isn’t it completely obvious just by giving it just a modicum of thought?” For example, they actually did a study to determine whether children that were given balls and jump ropes were more active than children who did not have such options — no surprise, the children with exercise equipment are more active! Next, they’ll try telling us that children with a television watch more television than children who have a book but no television.
