When Air Force One isn’t strafing downtown Manhattan, the Obama administration has been a wild success in its first hundred days. The days of the nasty, volatile, fundamentalist Republicans are dying as the GOP becomes a withering, insignificant, frothing, religiously ecstatic version of what it used to be when the party actually mattered.

In a strange and alarming drop into the Panopticon, Air Force One — yes, President Obama’s official airplane as named when he’s actually riding in it — recently terrorized New York City, sans Obama, as it strafed downtown Manhattan for a photo shoot bringing back the good old bad days of the World Trade Center semiotic of airplanes-as-bombs crashing into buildings.

Are Gays finally on their way to not just being equal in America, but to also having some equity in a society that has generally forsaken them?

The great thrill of watching President Obama rotating in the wilds of the world, is his deftness in convincing other sovereign nations that the USA is, in fact, a reasonable country despite our recent, warring, record in the world. Evidence of his deference and respect has been demonstrated this week during his visit to Turkey even as local citizens protest his presence.

Yesterday, Barack Obama put right a government policy Dubya set religiously wrong: Obama guaranteed a “return to scientific integrity” and instantly became “The Provider” of doing the right thing for the future good of us all.

It was incredibly refreshing yesterday — during the national prayer breakfast — when President Obama made room for the Godless in the manic realm of a national, religious, fervor and reinforced the necessary separation of church and state.

Is Barack Obama a figurehead Chia Pet for commercial exploitation? Or is he more substantial than heroin on the street? What is the Obama trope and how does it extend into our lives and flay us from the minority interest and the “Nigger Disconnect?”
