The price of a single pack of cigarettes in New York City is now $11.25USD — and that’s just for an ordinary brand.  If you’re buying imported, you are going to pay a whole lot more.  Marshall Jamison — my friend, inspiration and mentor — used to smoke English Ovals by the fistful, and I’m sure he would be sickened by the high rise prices for a stack of smokes.

File Your Fingertips!

If you play the guitar, you know the strings cut in your fingers as you press them against the frets to sound different notes up and down the fretboard.  Building up your fingertips is part of the sore, but necessary, daily leavening process of learning how to play the guitar.  The idea, however, is not to build callouses on your fingertips.  The goal is to build up the inside of your fingertips while leaving the outer skin smooth.  If your fingertips look like mine below after a gruesome practice session — find a nail file and take off that thick, deadening, skin!

Processed Sugar is the New White Devil

America is controlled by the sugar interest, not the big oil monopolies.  Oh, sure, we think we need oil to live, but we need sugar to survive!  Without sugar, we’d stop working, we’d go through immediate glucose withdrawal, and we wouldn’t have anything to eat, because all our mainstream processed foods are packed with pounds of The New White Devil.

Fifty Percent Infected and Ninety Thousand Dead

In April, we warned you about the coming Swine Flu Pandemic and since that time, over 800,000 people have been infected with the H1N1 virus in New York City alone — that’s ten percent of the city’s population.  There are three preternatural population controls:  War, Famine and a worldwide Pandemic.  Clutch your hat and buckle your shoes as half of us are whittled away.  We’re in for even more flu terror in the coming months.  We have not yet begun to suffer.
